What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who.

• Is a highly effective team player with experience and understanding of working with SEN children)
• Ideally has a Early Years Educator qualification and can support children through transition from Nursery to Reception. &/or experience of working in EYFS.
• Enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
• Actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
• Believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential
• Is committed to the safety and well‑being of all pupils
• Has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills
• Will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
