• Provide tailored support to primary-aged students with special educational needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Work with individual students or small groups to encourage participation and progress.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans.
• Create a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and emotional well-being.

• Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN or classroom setting (but not essential).
• A patient and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in supporting children's development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for helping children with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.
