Role OverviewWe are seeking to recruit an administrator to join our school community based within our primary school office. The role involves developing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils, learning new skills, and showing an empathetic approach towards pupils as they progress on their learning journey.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils.
- Show an empathetic approach towards pupils as they progress on their learning journey.
- Be open to learning new skills.
- Use office equipment and administrative software, particularly Word and Excel.
- Organise and prioritise own workload, with a strong eye for detail.
- Be creative, flexible and motivated with an enthusiastic approach to work.
- Successfully complete core training required by Central England Academy Trust.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in a school setting is ideal.
- Proficiency in office equipment and administrative/word processing software.
- Well‑organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Creativity, flexibility and motivation.
