What skills and experience we're looking for
Job Purpose- To engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships with the community
- To address matters that arise skillfully and promptly
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential;
- To contribute to raising attendance and outcomes;
- To identify barriers to progress and work with pupils and their families to remove these barriers
- To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
- Ensure quality academic provision, pastoral provision and support to all pupils, their families and the wider community.
- Key responsibilities will be reviewed annually as part of our commitment to developing future leaders.
- The Vice Principal will have a clear focus based on school needs, priorities, and their own development as part of the leadership team.
