Role Overview
Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a School in Nuneaton who require a specialist Pastoral Coach to join their team.
The successful person will work within all key stage areas, to support learners, deliver 1-2-1, small group and class interventions where needed.
You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period, however on successful completion of this period you will be offered a permanent contract.
Responsibilities- Support learners across all key stage areas
- Deliver 1-2-1, small group and class interventions where needed
- Work collaboratively with school staff to address Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
- Relevant knowledge of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Experience in education or care sector (school‑based experience desired but not essential)
- Clear DBS certificate (Support available if not currently held)
- Reliable, committed, experienced, caring, trustworthy, and an excellent role model for learners
- Motivation to work in a school that seeks to be the best for staff, learners, parents, and governors dedicated to learning and continual improvement
