Role Overview
Axcis Education are recruiting for a Qualified Teacher (QTS) to work as an Inclusion Teacher within a local mainstream primary school near Bedworth. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday during term time, 8:30am – 4:00pm, with an immediate start and an expectation of continuing into the next academic year from September.
Responsibilities- Teach children aged 4 to 11 in a primary school setting.
- Deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Plan, tailor and differentiate work to meet a range of abilities and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Provide inclusive classroom support within a dedicated SEND room.
- Liaise with staff members, SENCOs and parents to support pupil progress.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching children or young people with SEND.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation.
- A caring, patient and nurturing nature, with the ability to foster positive and meaningful relationships.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 4:00pm).
- Free online training, including Safeguarding Level 2 certification.
