Responsibilities- Support pupils with additional needs both in the classroom and in small group activities.
- Assist teachers with implementing personalised learning plans.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and social development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to provide tailored support.
- Contribute to an inclusive, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly valued but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
