About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Year 4 Teacher for a maternity cover. This is a full-time role with a May 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a strong KS2 team, clear behaviour systems and a focus on staff wellbeing and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Monitor and track pupil progress
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour
- Work collaboratively with staff
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
