St. Paul's Church of England Primary School is a thriving two-form entry school in Stockingford, Nuneaton, welcoming children from Nursery through to Year 6 and home to a Specialist Resource Provision. • Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Be a reflective practitioner and adapt planning to meet pupil needs
• Take part in all aspects of school life and support our vision, values, and Christian ethos
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing effective feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop teaching practice
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (KS2 desirable but not essential)
• A passion for education and inspiring young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time‑management skills

Salary will be in line with the Teachers’ Pay Scale and commensurate with experience. St. Paul’s offers a supportive and collaborative working environment alongside continuous professional development opportunities.
