Job Purpose

• Ensure that pupils are supported to reflect, learn and demonstrate the HART values of Heart, Ambition, Respect and Tenacity
• Address matters that arise skillfully and promptly dealing with behaviour, attitude, standards and engagement.
• Deliver high quality pastoral support to meet pupil needs
• Engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships
• Maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support.
