Kedleston Group Ltd is seeking an ambitious Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team, leading Teaching and Learning in a primary setting. You will oversee curriculum planning, timetabling, and a broad, balanced offer across the school.
You will analyse performance data, drive improvement, manage QA and safeguarding, and work closely with the SENCO to monitor pupil progress. The role includes staff development, performance management, and leadership of change.
