Teacher Active is proud to be working with a high-performing Specialist Sixth Form College in Nuneaton, which has approximately 1,500 students and a supportive, reflective and ambitious culture. The Science Faculty is well resourced, with six modern laboratories, including two specialist Biology laboratories, dedicated preparation facilities and access to classroom computers.

The college is looking to appoint a Bio Chem Lecturer on a full-time 1

FTE maternity cover contract for the #removed# academic year. The successful Bio Chem Lecturer will teach OCR A Level Biology across Year 1 and Year 2 and, where possible, contribute to BTEC Level 3 Applied Science, BTEC Level 2 Applied Science or the Level 3 Diploma in Medical Science, working alongside Biology specialists, the wider Science team and specialist technicians.

• A relevant teaching qualification, with newly-qualified teachers welcome to apply

• The ability to contribute to additional Science courses would be highly desirable
