At No Limits , we support young people aged 16 and over with learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Our mission is to help them build independence, gain life skills, and grow in confidence.

You don't need previous experience, just heart, energy, and a UK manual driving licence. We'll give you all the training you need. You bring your positive attitude and passion for helping others shine. This is a full-time, term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm (35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year). You'll also have the opportunity to take part in up to three weeks of paid training and development during school holidays.

You won't be based in a traditional classroom. Instead, you'll work out in the community, supporting learners in real-life situations. You'll help them develop essential life skills like using public transport, ICT, cooking, money management, and independent living. You may also accompany them to college or work experience placements. It's a varied, people-focused role that brings something new every day.

* Name changed for privacy IND What we need from you Perhaps you've worked in special education, as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant. Perhaps you've been a Support Worker in the social care sector. However, experience is not essential. For us, underlying ability and attitude are just as important as background and experience. If you have not worked in the field of education before then please don't be put off.

We can provide all of the specialist training you need, but we can't train you to be kind, to have initiative, to be friendly and patient; and those are essential qualities for this work. You must be a driver with your own transport , willing and able to travel across the area, supporting young people from their own homes. Reasonable mileage is reimbursed.

GCSEs (or equivalent) minimum C grade in English and Mathematics are essential.
