Recruitment Consultant – Leamington Spa – Hybrid – Permanent – Up to £35,000 + Commission + Benefits

We (Fuel Recruitment) are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Leamington Spa. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Develop new business opportunities or focus on account management (depending on your preference).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve individual and team targets.

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong interest in developing a career in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or account management experience (desirable but not essential).
