Key Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and recruit talented nurses and carers with a passion for complex care.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' suitability for various roles within the team.

Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Maintain a structured and organised database of candidates and recruitment activities.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.

Proficient in the use of recruitment databases and IT systems.

Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management.

A genuine passion for healthcare and making a positive difference.

Ideally managed the COS process for onboarding international candidates.
