Overview
Provide first‑line technical support and assistance to end‑users across the organization, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computer systems, and maintaining and managing the company's IT infrastructure. Act as the key point of contact for resolving IT‑related problems and ensuring smooth operations.

- Set up and configure computer systems.
- Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure.
- Act as the primary contact for IT problem resolution.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks and software.
- Willingness to learn from senior team members and contribute to the team.
- Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities.
- Minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths (or equivalent).
- Right to work in the UK and valid residency status.
Apprentice aged 18‑20 (salary £20,932 per annum) or 21+ (salary £24,733 per annum). Full training and support will be provided by the Baltic team.
