Vickers Neal Recruitment is delighted to be working with Willsons Solicitors in Nuneaton. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor
.

We are looking for someone who is eager to go the extra mile and shows a real passion in what they do, as well as working well under high pressure due to the volume of work required.

• Support the Head of Department and manage your own caseload.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, Land Registry, accountants and estate agents.
• Exchange contracts and complete Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns.
• Create and amend documentation.
• Make appointments and manage diary.
• Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the department.
• Deal with freehold and leasehold purchases and sales in high volume across the UK.
• Attend departmental meetings and training courses.
• Assist all departments with internal enquiries.
• Train and support staff development.
