Warehouse Operative

Shift Pattern 5 out of 7 days (Monday – Friday)

Location: Nuneaton, Townsend Drive

Essential skills required:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience of a picking operation
• Possession of a VNA/counterbalance license, or willingness to complete the necessary training required.
• MHE/VNA Advantageous there may be a requirement to train to drive a Very Narrow Isle Vehicle (MHE/VNA) full training will be provided

• Clear and effective communication skills
• Maintaining a professional demeanour throughout interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Presenting oneself neatly, in a professional manner and adhering to company dress code policies.
• Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service and striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Effective time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines.
• This role is hands on, it involves heavy lifting/ handling and is full of variety. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this nature of work.
• Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate operational needs and respond to emergencies or unplanned events outside of regular business hours.
