We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our food manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment. This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who wants to drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance, resolving issues quickly.
• Enforce health & safety policies to create a safe workplace.
• Conduct regular line inspections for efficiency and quality.
• Train and support new staff on procedures and safety.
• Keep accurate records of production, quality checks, and compliance.
• Work with QA teams to address non‑conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing processes and suggesting enhancements.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Mechanical knowledge of production equipment.
• Good numeracy for measurements and data analysis.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proven leadership and team management experience as a Supervisor.
• Clear communication skills for training and cross‑department liaison.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations is desirable.
