Hours
 
* Day shift:
Monday to Friday, 06:30–15:30 (42.5 hours per week)
 
* Night shift:
Sunday to Thursday, 21:30–05:30 (42.5 hours per week)
Introduction
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join a team within a clean and modern production facility.
Operating machinery to produce the right components for Assembly and customer delivery.
This role involves assembling high-quality products.

Working to set targets, and using a range of hand tools. With clear incentives for performance and the opportunity to progress from temporary to permanent employment, this is an excellent chance to build a stable career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Assemble Products to specification.
 
* Use hand tools safely and effectively.
 
* Follow clear assembly instructions and production processes.
 
* Work to individual and team performance targets.
 
* Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
Candidate Requirements
 
* Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or construction (preferred but not essential).
 
* Confidence in using hand tools such as hammers and nail guns.
 
* Ability to follow instructions and work to targets.
 
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
 
* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
 
* Willingness to complete training on day shifts before moving to fixed nights (if applicable).
