Nuneaton (commutable from Coventry, Bedworth, Hinckley, Rugby, Leicester, Tamworth). Salary:
Up to £16.00 per hour. Shift: Days. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Benefits:

A well‑established aerospace manufacturing company based in Nuneaton is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join its growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a precision engineering environment manufacturing high‑quality aerospace components to tight tolerances.

• Setting and operating CNC turning machines.
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Producing precision aerospace components to tight tolerances.
• Carrying out basic editing and offsets where required.
• Using measuring equipment including verniers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Conducting first‑off and in‑process inspection checks.
• Maintaining high quality and housekeeping standards.
• Working efficiently to production targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner Setter Operator.
• Experience with in aerospace or precision engineering environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience using measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of Fanuc or similar controls advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused approach.
• Reliability with a positive attitude towards teamwork and production.
