**** Rotative Shifts**## ## About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated
** Maintenance Fitter
** to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the reliable production of packaged materials.

This position is central to maintaining operational efficiency, providing both
** proactive and reactive maintenance**, and supporting the ongoing performance and longevity of key site assets.

You will work as part of a dedicated engineering team, delivering specialist support to maximise production output while ensuring full compliance with legal and company standards.## ##

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out
** planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
** in line with site requirements
* Respond to breakdowns with effective
** reactive maintenance solutions
*** Maintain plant, equipment, and site assets to the highest standards
* Ensure all work complies with
** legal requirements and Heidelberg Materials standards
*** Support site operations in achieving
** production targets
*** Identify opportunities for
** continuous improvement
** in maintenance and reliability
* Promote and maintain a strong
** safety-first culture
** across all activities## ## Key Accountabilities

* Proven experience in a
** maintenance or engineering role** (ideally within an industrial or production environment)
* Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve faults
* Understanding of

*** Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
