Job Overview

Permanent night shift – 12 night shifts every four weeks (28 days). The role offers significant spare time and flexibility. Training is available for candidates with basic CNC machining skills. Salary starts at £33,516 per annum during initial training, increases to £36,417 once up to speed, and to £38,049 after mastering all techniques.

• Set up and operate newly purchased CNC machinery, including state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Work across a range of CNC machines: milling, lathe, grinder, and EDM machinery.
• Machine high‑value components to tight tolerances while ensuring quality standards.
• Meet production targets and maintain quality control.

• Experienced CNC machinist with operating and set‑up experience.
• Background in precision engineering or manufacturing/production machinery.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and keen eye for quality and detail.
• Ability to work rotating night shifts; initial training/induction on day shift.
