As an Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You’ll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.

This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of
** 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am**.Due to the site’s location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.

** What You’ll Be Doing
** Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Achieving daily production targets
* Recording and reporting quality data
* Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles
* Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site---###
** What We’re Looking For
** The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. In addition, experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial to your application:
* Good communication skills and strong numeracy
* A mobile plant licence for diesel counterbalance forklift truck
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Previous experience with manual handling
