Marketing Officer

North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to lead the planning and delivery of a wide range of student recruitment campaigns across multiple channels. The individual will work on campaigns across multiple target audiences including:

• 14-16
• 16-18 Adult learners
• Online and Distance Learning
• Apprenticeships
• Business and professional courses

Working closely with external agencies and internal Digital teams, you will help drive high-impact campaigns designed to increase web traffic, generate enquiries, and boost applications.

• Strong and proven marketing and communication skills
• Experience of marketing in an education setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Highly organised with the ability to plan, manage and deliver campaigns on time
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
• Ability to complete projects on time and within budget

• Planning of annual marketing recruitment campaigns
• Delivering recruitment campaigns to achieve target numbers
• Meeting key stakeholders on a regular basis and providing regular updates on recruitment numbers
• Managing budgets to maximise impact, efficiency, and conversions
• Responsible for producing engaging, targeted copy to support recruitment campaigns
