Euro Projects Recruitment is recruiting a Quality Manager for an established aerospace and defence manufacturing business based in Nuneaton.
This Quality Manager position offers the opportunity to lead AS9100 quality systems, implement APQP processes, manage customer quality requirements and support future aerospace and defence accreditation projects including NADCAP.
The successful Quality Manager will work closely with manufacturing, engineering and leadership teams to drive quality improvements and support continued business growth.
Quality Manager Responsibilities- Quality Management System ownership.
- AS9100 implementation and compliance.
- APQP deployment and continuous improvement.
- First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and concessions.
- CAPA and corrective action management.
- Customer and supplier audits.
- Internal audit leadership.
- Root cause investigations and 8D analysis.
- NADCAP accreditation support.
- Health & Safety framework management.
- Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer or Lead Quality Engineer experience.
- AS9100 experience.
- ISO
9001 knowledge. - Audit experience.
- Manufacturing background.
- Aerospace, defence, automotive or precision engineering experience preferred.
- Growing aerospace and defence manufacturer.
- Strong customer relationships.
- Diverse machining and composite manufacturing capabilities.
- Established leadership team.
- Part of a larger engineering group.
- Growing order book.
- Early finish Fridays.
- £65,000 salary package.
