This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer at Pointons Estate Agents, located in Nuneaton. Key responsibilities include valuing and listing properties for sale, negotiating property transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the buying, selling process. Additional tasks include performing property viewings, prospecting for new business opportunities, and contributing to the agency's sales goals. The role requires providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of industry knowledge to meet client expectations and achieve targets.

• A strong background in estate agency principles, sales operations
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets
• Prior experience in valuing properties and conducting viewings
• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with effective multitasking abilities
• A full, clean UK driving license and access to reliable transportation
