Duties as a Car Sales Executive:

Manage customer enquiries from various sources including showroom visitors, online leads, and marketing campaigns
Provide a professional, consultative sales experience to clients
Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Negotiate sales and close deals efficiently
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on luxury vehicle stock
Complete all sales administration and compliance documentation accurately
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within the prestige or luxury sector
Demonstrable ability to meet and surpass sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Professional appearance and manner suitable for a luxury showroom environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a high drive to maximise earnings
Full UK driving licence
