We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a fantastic property business in Leatherhead, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional who is passionate about sales, customer service and delivering results.

The Role As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will:
Contact prospective purchasers from an extensive buyer database Book and conduct viewings across exciting new homes developments Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels Guide customers through every stage of their buying journey Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues Visit developments regularly to become an expert on each site and its properties Support development launches, open days and marketing events Deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities New Homes Sales Consultant requirements:
Previous property experience, either within new homes or estate agency A proven track record of achieving results A genuine passion for property and sales Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident, motivated and commercially focused Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to guide customers through the sales process What's on Offer? £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary £40,000 - £45,000 OTE 33 days paid holiday Regular incentives and company rewards Fantastic working environment Excellent career progression and mentoring Working hours 8:30am - 5:30pm Week 1: 4 days, including Monday and Saturday Week 2:
