The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Register and qualify prospective buyers Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings Conduct accompanied property viewings Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions Generate valuation opportunities for the branch Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch Sales Negotiator Requirements Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within Estate Agency Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment Ambitious, motivated, and career-focused mindset Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team Good knowledge of Nottingham and the surrounding areas Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
