Waste Management HGV Drivers

We are currently recruiting fora Multiple Waste Management HGV Drivers - On permanent and zero hour contracts.

You will be required to drive waste management vehicles, primarily 26 tonne refuse collection vehicles, in the Nuneaton and Bedworth areas to emptying kerb side household waste, and garden waste bins as required.

For this role you should have a Class C LGV and relevant CPC driver Licences. Team Leading experience is also preferable. The role will involve working in a team environment on a set route and will be public facing with potential start times of 6.30am.

You should have good communication skills, have a working knowledge of Health and Safety in a refuse collection / waste management service area. You should also have experience of outdoor working, ideally with moving traffic awareness, be able to work under your own initiative or in a team environment., be flexible and reliable, and have the ability to work in pressure situations effectively.
