We are seeking a skilled CB & VNA Driver to join our logistics team in CV10 Nuneaton. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklifts to efficiently and safely handle materials within our warehouse environment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety protocols. The VNA Driver will play a vital part in maintaining smooth shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely movement of goods across the facility.

Pay Rate:
Friday & Monday rates: £14.71 Saturday & Sunday rates: £15.71 Shift pattern:
Friday : 08:00 16:00 Saturday : 06:00 18:00 Sunday: 06:00 18:00 Monday : 08:00 16:00 Duties Operate VNA forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Manage materials handling using warehouse management systems to track inventory movements accurately Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or report faults for maintenance Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring correct documentation and placement of goods Load and unload lorries efficiently while adhering to safety standards Support warehouse organisation by maintaining clean and safe work areas Collaborate with team members to optimise storage solutions and workflow efficiency Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues promptly Qualifications Valid VNA forklift licence with proven experience operating narrow aisle trucks in a busy warehouse setting Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS)

Experience with equipment repair and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of materials handling, shipping, and receiving procedures Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Good organisational skills with attention to detail in inventory management Basic maths skills for accurate measurement, counting, and documentation purposes Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential;

relevant training will be provided for suitable candidates
