We are looking for a reliable PPT Driver, —to support the movement, storage, and handling of products.
As our warehouse deals with large and heavy items, elements of manual heavy lifting will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate PPT, to move, load, and unload stock.
* Pick, pack, and put away furniture items according to warehouse procedures.
* Assist with manual handling tasks, including lifting and positioning heavy products when necessary.
* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any defects or safety concerns.
* Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including safe handling procedures for heavy goods.
* Maintain accurate stock movements using scanners or warehouse management systems.
* Keep work areas clean, organised, and free of hazards.
* Support general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
* Valid PPT licence.
* Ability to safely lift and move heavy items as part of daily duties.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Hours of work 6am - 2pm
Pay rate £12.39
