- Focus op omzet en marge; kan graven en met aanbevelingen komen.
- Affiniteit met BI systemen/ERP systemen/IT
- Handig met data/rapporten creëren. Import export data/budgetten.
- Distribueren standaard rapportages
- Volgt projecten (omzet en kosten)
- Flexibel, kan tegen een stootje, kan challengen, stevig in schoenen, beetje ondernemend maar niet te veel; positief kritisch; stressbestendig,
- Vind het leuk met alle geledingen te praten, dus ook met directie, sparringspartner Business controller en tezamen voor het MT
