Junior Sous Chef – Aman Villas Nusa Dua

• Plan, organize and oversee all villa culinary activities.
• Develop, modify and implement menus to meet Aman’s quality and guest expectations.
• Ensure authentic presentation of cuisine in line with Aman Villas Nusa Dua standards.
• Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation and hygiene regulations.
• Provide continuous coaching and development to ensure consistent culinary excellence.
• Engage with villa guests to understand and personalize their dining preferences.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests with discretion and care.
• Execute administrative tasks efficiently to support villa culinary operations.

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef, ideally within luxury resorts, private villas or fine‑dining establishments.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and training skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering consistently exceptional results.
• Strong financial acumen in food costing, budgeting and resource management.
• Professional culinary qualifications preferred.
• Fluency in English.
