Position Overview

As the Manager of Go-To-Market Strategies, you will partner with corporate and field teams to deliver comprehensive plans for seasonal execution, product launches, and revenue growth. Your role will align product strategies with customer experience and drive employee engagement across North America.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct competition, pricing, and product research to establish competitive advantages.
  • Research regional and NA key city ecosystem trends, covering wholesale and digital.
  • Consolidate research and trend analysis into scorecards to surface opportunities.
  • Produce and share standardized briefs on assortment alignment to customer trends.
  • Identify synergies between current line and market needs for revenue and margin growth.
  • Recommend new ideas to drive revenue, retain clients, and attract customers.
  • Ensure right touchpoints and resources throughout the planning process.
  • Lead execution of 360° customer experiences that connect product initiatives to consumer journeys.
  • Articulate product GTM strategies for field teams.
  • Align commercial calendar events with store execution and client engagement tactics.
  • Partner with L&D on product training curriculum.
  • Support and design visual merchandising initiatives to increase in-season sales.
  • Analyze customer feedback to validate strategy with cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including productivity, sales, and employee engagement.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Progressive experience in trend analysis, strategy, communications, or product project management.
  • Strong influence skills across all organization levels.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience with retail or product teams preferred.
  • Ability to transform data and research into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and facilitation.
  • Presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet or similar);
    Excel & Adobe Acrobat;
    Word, Outlook, Adobe Suite.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (≈25% of time).
  • Travel required.
