Supports and enhances the global Workforce Management platform and other retail technology solutions, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. Partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to maintain systems, resolve issues, and deliver improvements and projects.
Responsibilities- Support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing operation of retail technology platforms.
- Provide operational and technical guidance on store systems and applications while meeting service-level objectives.
- Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and store rollouts with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing, maintain requirements and support documentation, and deliver user training.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, resolve incidents, and support store implementations through site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT application support, systems operations, technology delivery, or a related role.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and participating in implementations, enhancements, integrations, or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with workforce management, HR systems, retail technology, SQL, scripting, Microsoft 365, Jira, and collaboration tools is beneficial.
