Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a mid-level associate to join our growing emerging companies/venture capital team in our New York, Palo Alto, Washington, DC or Roseland, NJ office. Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings. Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising/training more junior associates.
The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2019 is $260,000 to $390,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. Candidates should have 7 – 8 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings. Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising/training more junior associates.
The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2018 through 2017 is $420,000 to $435,000. Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a M&A focused mid-level associate to join our growing emerging companies/venture capital team in our New York, Palo Alto, Washington, DC or Roseland, NJ office. Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of experience handling private target mergers and acquisitions transactions (experience with venture backed companies is a plus, but not a must have; the right candidate will be trained in selling and buying venture backed companies).
Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising/training more junior associates. The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2019 is $260,000 to $390,000.
