Position: Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Center for Discovery & Innovation

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our research team on an NIH-funded R01 focused on improving the implementation of evidence-based interventions in community and clinical settings. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge implementation research aimed at improving mental and behavioral health outcomes for perinatal populations.

The postdoctoral fellow will work closely with Dr. Elissa Faro and a multidisciplinary team of investigators and community partners to design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and mixed-methods studies that examine implementation processes, contextual influences, and strategies to enhance equitable delivery of evidence-based care. There will be a strong focus on qualitative data collection (e.g., interviews, focus groups, observations) and analysis and engagement with community, clinical, and research partners to support participatory and partner-informed implementation approaches.
