The role involves working across Finance, Logistics, Wholesale, IT, and other partners to define and deliver SAP functionality and related Edge system integrations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and make design decisions, prioritising out‑of‑the‑box functionality and a common global design for Retail DTC Stores processes.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to close gaps, identify process opportunities, and create a globally aligned way of working, allowing for local deviations on legal, regulatory, tax, language and currency as needed.
  • Ensure team understanding of agreed functionality, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with change management leads, plan deployments, and manage communications or training.

  • Serve as the key contact for SAP functionality support across the region, assisting Retail DTC, Wholesale OTC, Finance and other systems/partners with SAP‑integrated or cross‑functional processes.
  • Work closely with IT and other partners to define Edge system requirements (e.g., Salesforce, in‑store POS, concession and Marketplace integrations, Impact Analytics / JDA Enterprise planning, and other partner systems).
  • Assess platform‑to‑platform integration impacts for inbound order flows, pricing, concessions, promotions, markdowns, store audits, Omni‑order functionality, inter‑store transfers, returns, inventory management, back‑office functions, etc.
  • Identify and report operational reporting needs, collaborating with the project team and reporting leads.
  • Assist with the development of training materials and ensure adequate onboarding of new processes and systems.
  • Provide input into deployment plans for launching systems with third‑party partners within the RL DTC area, including impact assessment for Ralph Lauren Stores, Polo Retail Outlets and concession customers.
  • Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to define order management/ process flows necessary across B2B, third‑party, retail, Ecommerce and inter‑country/region contexts.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of DTC Retail operation processes across channels within an international fashion apparel business.
  • Knowledge of dependencies in an omnichannel environment, including shared inventories and partner collaboration.
  • Experience in a vertically integrated retail environment; fashion apparel experience highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; adept at translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Ability to confidently engage with and influence senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data for strategic decisions.
  • Pragmatic problem‑solver with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic vision combined with a hands‑on approach to achieve results.
