Global Security, Risk & Resilience Supervisor - Corp

Oversee Asset Protection operations to safeguard company facilities, merchandise, equipment, and personnel. Lead security protocols, team development, access control, investigations, and emergency preparedness. This position requires on-site work and may include standard Asset Protection Associate duties.

• Supervise daily Asset Protection operations, schedule and coach team members, and implement security procedures.
• Oversee access control, visitor management, alarms, patrols, and emergency response.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct audits and inventory checks, coordinate security vendors, and collaborate with Operations, HR, and Facilities.
• Lead security and safety training and support events, projects, and facility needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or security supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with security systems, report writing, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems and emergency response procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and conflict de-escalation skills.
• Ability to patrol facilities and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Security license or relevant certifications and bilingual capabilities are preferred.
