becash sa à Nyon recherche un Spécialiste Onboarding et Support Clients (100%). Vous accompagnerez nos clients dans l'ouverture de leur compte myPOS et suivrez leurs demandes au quotidien pour assurer leur satisfaction.
Vous répondrez aux demandes par téléphone, e-mail, tickets et en personne, traiterez les commandes et le SAV, et contribuerez à l'amélioration continue des procédures et de notre base de connaissances. Le poste exige organisation, autonomie et sens du service.
