To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a Process Engineer to develop, industrialise and optimise the manufacturing processes for our fuel cell stacks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimise stack manufacturing and assembly processes from prototype to series
- Define process parameters, work instructions, control plans and FMEAs for various steps of stack production
- Design and specify tooling, fixtures and process equipment together with suppliers
- Lead process validation, capability studies and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Troubleshoot process and quality issues on the production floor
- Work with materials, test and design engineers to ensure manufacturability
- Support scale-up of production capacity
- BSc/MSc in mechanical, chemical, materials or manufacturing engineering is mandatory
- Minimum 5-6 years of process engineering experience in a hardware manufacturing environment
- Experience with fuel cells, batteries, electrochemistry, coatings or precision assembly is a strong plus
- Knowledge of FMEA, control plans and process validation
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Solid Works and ERP experience is a plus - Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
- Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory;
German is a plus
