About the Role
As Senior Global Analytics Manager, you will leverage your functional expertise, deep business acumen, strategic insight, and strong collaboration skills to deliver impactful insights that inform strategic growth choices across the OTC category. You will design, develop and embed advanced analytics solutions, using a broad range of data sources and tools, and lead a team of four analysts located in India and Poland.
Your insights will serve as a key advisor and business partner to the OTC Leadership Team, influencing decision‑making across category performance, marketing effectiveness, demand‑led growth, innovation white spaces, pricing strategies and brand/activity performance.
- Design, develop and deliver advanced analytics solutions that support OTC strategic objectives and drive decision‑making in key areas such as marketing effectiveness, demand‑led growth, innovation development, pricing strategies, white space identification, and brand/activity performance analysis.
- Build a strong data culture within the OTC category through data democratization and self‑sufficiency, enabling the Data & Analytics team to focus on high‑value, strategic analytics work.
- Partner with commercial teams to provide robust, ongoing analytical support on strategic questions, infusing deep human and market understanding into decision‑making.
- Act as a key business partner in performance reporting and strategic planning cycles, delivering timely analytics support.
- Provide deep seasonal insights and actionable guidance to the business on planning and execution.
- Develop a competitive insight capability to inform strategy.
- Lead, manage and develop the OTC CBIA Analytics team in India and Poland, fostering an environment that promotes industry‑leading analytics thinking.
- Strategically guide agency relationships, ensuring alignment with team objectives and effective project delivery.
- Significant proven experience in analytics within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong business acumen with a record of translating findings into actionable, value‑attached recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable hypothesis‑led analytical thinking and the ability to identify required analyses to support business strategies.
- Deep insight and analytical capabilities, including advanced methodologies such as MMM, price elasticity, and AI.
- Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
- Track record of leading complex projects within a matrix organization with successful outcomes.
- Strong storytelling and inspirational communication skills.
- Track record of exploring and implementing new analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior‑level engagement.
- Ability to enable and drive change with resilience and tenacity.
