Pour le compte de nos clients, nous recherchons des éducateurs(trices) passionné(e) s et qualifié(e) s pour des missions temporaires en handicap et polyhandicap.
EDUCATEUR H/F VOTRE PROFIL- Diplôme d'Éducateur spécialisé Suisse ou reconnaissance SEFRI COMPLETE.
- Expérience confirmée.
- Adhésion et respect des valeurs du projet institutionnel.
- Sens du relationnel développé, esprit d'équipe et excellente gestion des priorités.
- Personnalité dynamique, ouverte et bienveillante.
- Esprit d'initiative et grande capacité d'adaptation.
- Accompagner les résidents dans leurs activités quotidiennes en favorisant leur autonomie et leur bien‑être.
- Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des projets d’accompagnement personnalisés.
- Participer aux séances de coordination et aux colloques.
