- Full-time, Monday – Friday, approximately 8 hours/day
- Shifts between 6:45 am - 5:45 pm (Rotation-based)
Job Qualifications:
- Experience &
Education:
1+ year in early childhood education; high school diploma required. - CDA or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Physical Ability: Lift/carry 40 lbs regularly.
- Communication: Effectively engage with children, families, and the team.
- Patience & Empathy: Respond with care and understanding.
- Creativity
:
Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities. - Organization: Manage lessons, materials, and classroom routines.
- Adaptability: Flexible to changing needs and situations.
- Passion: Committed to children’s growth and love of learning.
