** Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.  Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
* Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
* Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
* Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
* Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
* Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
* Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team
* Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.
* During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

*** Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics
* Energy and utility knowledge preferable
* Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members
* Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems
* Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong analytical skills
* Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams
* Can work independently and on a team effectively

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.
* Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.
* Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
* DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.  **年間基本給与範囲または時給基本給与範囲**$65,200.…
