The City of O'Fallon is hiring a full-time Police Officer Recruit who will be employed by the City while attending the Eastern Missouri Police Academy. The role includes participating in training programs, shadowing experienced officers, and gaining hands-on experience in community policing, traffic enforcement, and emergency response.
