Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in O'Fallon, MO seeks a skilled caregiver (CNA preferred) to provide hands-on care in a home setting. Morning shifts every other weekend, with potential for additional hours during the week.
Duties include bathing, ADLs, mobility transfers with a Hoyer lift, and maintaining safety and dignity for the client. Eligible caregivers should have CNA certification or relevant experience, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
