HSHS Medical Group in O’Fallon, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Telemetry team. The role focuses on bedside acute patient care, coordinating care, and utilizing telemetry to monitor patients overnight.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers with nursing licensure in state practice; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and BLS certification is required.

This full-time night shift offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
